Aquaponics has interested me for a while and now, with my growing awareness of Peak Oil, the need to be able to feed us all – in a moderate-size UK garden - is becoming more pressing. 

We don’t have that garden yet though, so at the moment this will be all about the planning of the system we’ll put in – the type of fish and vegetables we’ll be able to grow, the size of the system and how to build it.

Should be an interesting journey – with the target being a delicious fish meal for four!
